Sara A. Giardina has been a lawyer of the Bar for almost 20 years, and has extensive litigation experience. She worked in a Geneva law firm, as associate, until 2004. In 2004, she founded her own law firm in Geneva, which she continued until 2014. Since then, she has set up her own practice in Nyon, and became a partner in ISA-Lex Avocats in 2023.
In addition to her experience in civil, insurance, commercial and criminal litigations, Sara A. Giardina has worked with insurance companies in the fields of compliance, including data protection and IT contracts.
