Olivier Jeanneret is a Swiss national. He completed his compulsory schooling in St-Imier, in the Bernese Jura, then his secondary education at the cantonal gymnasium of La Chaux-de-Fonds and at the University of Neuchâtel.

Olivier has acquired solid skills in debt collection and bankruptcy, and in particular in the application of the Federal Law on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy (LP) by working for a credit and leasing bank and then by managing several debt collection companies.

Thus, he has more than 20 years of experience in the legal management of financial flows linked to the invoicing and collection of services of all kinds, in Switzerland and abroad, as well as in a context of strong digitalization of tools. He is also able to carry out audits of the company’s invoicing processes in order to improve their efficiency.

He is Legal Consultant of ISA-Lex Avocats.
