Emmanuelle Rognon obtained her Master’s degree in law at the University of Neuch√Ętel, the canton where she grew up and attended school.

She completed a legal internship in Lugano, where she particularly enjoyed working as a clerk at the District Court of Bellinzona.

She then worked for ten years as a clerk-editor at the Cantonal Court in Lausanne (VD) for various courts, such as the Civil Court, the Criminal Court of Cassation, the Court of Debt Collection and Bankruptcy and the Social Insurance Court.

Preferring contact with clients rather than work on files alone, she then worked in a notary’s office where she specialised in inheritance law and executor mandates.

In this context, she was able to see the importance of good succession planning and the need for support and advice in drawing up the last will and testament. Similarly, for heirs who are not fortunate enough to be assisted by an executor, guidance and support through the administrative and legal maze is valuable.

Emmanuelle Rognon now works on her own account and provides advice and solutions for all inheritance issues.
